How do I apply for a Frequent Shopper card?
There are 3 options available to you:
- Visit our Customer Service desk in-store and ask for a Frequent Shopper Application Form.
- Fill out the online form.
- Visit our new Frequent Shopper desk situated outside the store to sign up and receive your card instantly.
What’s the cost for the Frequent Shopper Card?
Your Frequent Shopper card is free.
How do I use my Frequent Shopper card?
All you need to do is present your Frequent Shopper card to the cashier before you begin to checkout your groceries. The cashier will scan your card, and give it back to you.
What are Bonus Points Vouchers?
Each time you use your Frequent Shopper card when you shop, you accumulate Bonus Points. The amount of points earned depends on how much you spend. For every dollar, you earn 0.89% of a point. Therefore, for every $1000, you earn 8.90 points.
How can I qualify for a Bonus Points Voucher?
In order to qualify for a Bonus Points Voucher, you need to have accrued at least 15 points by the time we issue vouchers. Vouchers are issued every March/April and September/October.
15 points translates to a $15EC Bonus Points Voucher. Similarly, a point’s total of – for example – 34, would equate to a $34EC Bonus Points Voucher.
How will I know if I qualify for a voucher?
Should you qualify for a voucher, you will be notified by the cashier when you use your card. Vouchers can be collected at the Customer Service desk.
Can I receive cash for my Bonus point Voucher?
Bonus Points Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
What happens if I lose my Frequent Shopper card?
